It quickly read the QR code without any issues. There was no need to zoom or line up the camera in any particular way. I simply pointed my camera at the page with the code and other text, and it gave me the results instantly. I'm using this with an LG V40.

Can't write a review :) Starts on my Lenovo A536 and then - nothing :( on button SCAN - "Sorry, the Android camera encountered a problem..." after restarting my phone - nothing changed on COPY - message "Copied to clipboard" - what was copied??, why to clipboard?? on open in browser - just a message "Error" so it seems to me this app is a joke, so far... doesn't worth writing a review even...
