This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Barcode Scanner And Decoder on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

About this app

This application will have the functionality to scan the following types of bar-code.

'QR_CODE'

'RSS_EXPANDED'

Also we have the generate option to generate the QR code for the given text in the home tab screen. Once its generated, the user can share the generated QR code to anyone.

The user can import the bar-code image and they can decode it to the string.

In the history tab, the user will see all the history of scanned bar-code and generated bar-code data.

In the settings tab, the user can enable/disable following features for scanning bar-code.

"Enable device light" - By default, enabled the flash light while scanning bar-code.
"Use front camera" - It uses front camera for scanning bar-code.
"Show torch button" - Torch button will be enabled in scan screen. So that the user can turn on/off flash light.
"Show flip camera button" - The user can change the camera selections by clicking this button.
"Clear history" - Clears all the history of bar-code scanned and decoded.
