This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing TicketApp on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. About this app

TicketApp consente al manutentore di conoscere in tempo reale le manutenzioni di tipo ordinario e quelle di tipo straordinario a lui assegnate.
I ticket sono ordinati cronologicamente e la loro priorità è evidenziata con una colorazione differente:
- Rosso: Alta
- Giallo: Media
- Azzurro: Bassa

Ogni ticket è corredato di informazioni di dettaglio che possono essere visualizzate mediante la pressione di un apposito tasto.
Ogni ticket è geolocalizzato e l’utente può tracciare il percorso da fare per raggiungere la destinazione

Le operazioni consentite all’utente sono le seguenti:
- Accettazione / Rifiuto di un ticket assegnato
- In caso di rifiuto: scelta di una motivazione tra l’elenco di quelle proposte
- Inizio lavoro
- Messa in pausa di un lavoro
- Trasferimento del lavoro ad altri manutentori per un motivo a scelta tra quelli previsti
- Completamento del lavoro e compilazione del rapportino
- Scelta delle voci descrittive del ticket in base alla sua tipologia
- Inserimento della firma autografa
- Inserimento del nome del firmatario
