Downloaded and installed the app. Put in my cell phone number as required. Got a code in return, put in the app; and number verified. Unfortunately my city was not listed, therefore I could not proceed. Disappointed 😥 for now! I'll keep watch for decisions to unfold, then possibly/hopefully upgrade my rating!
