Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing DeLaval Alerts on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

  1. Download and install LDPlayer from https://www.ldplayer.net.

About this app

Worker schedule
Select the alerts you would like to receive and when you would like to receive them. If there are multiple people working on your farm their profile can be customised to receive alerts on the days they work from the systems they are responsible for. The alerts schedule can be customised through your account at plus.delaval.com.

Errors and warnings
The alerts we send are classified based on severity. Errors have the highest priority and require immediate attention; you can choose to receive these even when your profile is set to do not disturb. Warnings have lower priority and will not be sent when in do not disturb. Warnings can be acted upon at a more convenient time.

DeLaval Plus Alerts
Whilst logged-in to plus.delaval.com you can access historical alerts information and analyse the occurrence of certain alerts to decide upon further action.

DeLaval Industrial Computer (ICA1 or ICB1) installed and connected to DeLaval Plus
DeLaval Flow-Responsive milking with vacuum sensors installed
DelPro™ FarmManager 5.8 for CMS (cows)
