This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Mack ASIST - Sales Rep Demo on PC Windows and Mac.

It includes all the features already in the ASIST app, but uses sample data so you can see the app in action without affecting real data. Click around, create notes, do anything you want.

• Searching for cases and assets by unit number, VIN, or QR code.
• Reading and replying to case notes targeted to specific recipients.
• Viewing service routes and asset locations using interactive maps.

Choose from your favorites to check on cases, assets, and service requests based on different criteria.
You can also search for cases and assets by unit number or VIN, or by scanning the QR code.

Open a list of all the notes added to your case. Reply to existing ones or write your own with specific recipients, so you can better communicate with anyone involved in the case.
