D*V Screen Rotation - is the best application for real control of screen rotation settings your phone.
Force launcher launched in any orientation.
You can easily rotate and lock the screen orientation using the buttons on the Notification panel or Widget.

The following rotation modes are available:
1) Lock mode - Fixing a forced screen orientation, even if the running application will not allow.
2) Unlocked mode - In this mode, the position of the screen is limited to the currently running application. The screen can be rotated only if the launched application allows it, otherwise it will remain the same as it is.
3) Electricity mode - lock screen in some orientation, when device is plugged in a Electricity.
4) Headset mode - lock screen in some orientation, when device is plugged in a Headset.
5) Application mode - lock screen in some orientation per any application, including system applications.

Available orientations:
1) Forced screen - Rotate, even if the running application will not allow of the 4 possible rotations.
2) Portrait - Holds the screen in a portrait orientation, ignoring sensor data.
3) Reverse portrait - Holds the screen in portrait orientation, turned in the opposite direction from normal portrait.
4) Landscape - Holds the screen in a landscape orientation, ignoring sensor data.
5) Reverse landscape - Holds the screen in landscape orientation, turned in the opposite direction from normal landscape.
6) Auto (Sensor, autorotate) - Orientation is determined by a physical orientation sensor: the display will rotate based on how the user moves the device.
