Pesimo servicio al cliente, te dejan esperando y nunca contestan el telefono y luego esa musica tan horrible que ponen al igual la maquina que repite una y otra vez que tu llamada se tomara en aproximadamente un minuto y asi puede pasar horas y dice y dice lo mismo, y en la aplicacion nunca actualizan la ubicacion de los paquetes y siempre dice que estan casi donde puse el envio, aqui a unas horas, inclusive cuando ya pasaros casi 15 dias el paquete disque sigue aqui cercas de mi.
