I have been using this app for about a month. The only issues i ever have is service area. I live in the georgia mountains. Lots of service dead zones. It would be awesome if there was a feature that would let it keep working when ur suddenly offline and dont know where ur going. I gave it 5 stars because its not yalls fault i live in cell hell lol

I wish I could give this app a zero rating because it is utterly useless. It does not work smoothly with either SG Note 8 or SG Note 10+. I consistently on a daily basis struggle to make this app work properly. It shuts down, it kicks me out of the app, Error Logging in, won't refresh, jumps from not being signed in to not being able to refresh the page, doesn't notify me of orders in the app, doesn't refresh for new orders on its own, doesn't allow me to click an option (received, at rest, etc)

Terrible app. Developers don't give options that should be available to the consumer. For example, when in your car listening to music and you receive an order it plays the notification sound (which BTW is fixed and can not be changed) through your car speakers if your phone is connected to your stereo. So if you're like me and listen to loud music, then abruptly a deafening loud cash register notification alerts twice as loud as whatever music is playing and startles you.

0 stars. Application has issues that have been around for multiple years while the company I work for has used it that the creator shows no intention on fixing whatsoever. They change layouts to make things more difficult to see, but they don't fix basic problems that keep happening. Restaurants and drivers both constantly don't receive orders sent to them by dispatch, which cause a lot of problems when an order is 20+ minutes old and it hasn't even been started. Garbage app altogether.

I just purchased a galaxy s10 and my notifications are not working, it does not turn on when I receive shift information from dispatch, it would not update the chat while I was looking at an order and I constantly have to hit refresh to receive orders. It worked fine on my s7. I don't know what happened.

Constantly spammed every 10 minutes by a message telling me to turn on GPS. I emailed Data dreamers complaining about this and received only an automated response. Turning on GPS kills my battery, so I'm forced to hear my notification sound drown out my music every 10 minutes. Notifications from the app often crash whatever is in the foreground as well. If they're this concerned with users turning on their GPS I'd guess they're selling location data.
