This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing GH::watch GitHub notifications on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

It's definitely finding new GH notifications in-app, but the app is not triggering notifications. I'm on a Pixel 3XL with the latest updates. I've made sure that the application is allowed to send notifications. I'll post an issue on GitHub. EDIT: The author fixed the issue. Thanks!

Really handy for monitoring my repo. Notifications seem to not come through sometimes, but I think my phone is blocking it.

About this app

Stay in touch with what is happening around GitHub project of your interest. This app allows you to follow GitHub notifications directly from your smart device. Notifications are fired for GitHub repositories you are Watching, or for actions/discussion you participate in.

Application periodically checks GitHub server for new notifications and fire Android notification with configurable sound and vibration to alert you. You can show list of unread GitHub notifications, filter them by repositories, mark one or all notifications as read, mute selected notification thread, or view detail informations about notified event. You can also show list of Watched repositories, set filter for type of notification you want to be alerted about, unwatch them, or view detailed informations. Detail informations are shown by GitHub web (which is mobile friendly) or using official GitHub android application, so you see all necessary details and performs distinct actions (eg. reply in discussions etc.) directly.

Tip: You can lighten your email box thanks to this application also. Simply go to the GitHub.com > 'Settings' > 'Notifications' and disable emails for notifications there because you are notified directly by this app.
