This app is great when it's working properly, which isn't very often. I have to have my password reset by my managers every 2-4 weeks at work because it just spontaneously decides to kick me out. Today for the about 6th time since I've worked for this company since January I had to reset my password again and yet it still won't let me in. It's incredibly frustrating never be able to get into this app and then I don't have access to my schedule or picking up shifts, or request off

I've only been working here for a few weeks at first it was easy to use and navigate. Today however it will not load at all. I don't mind re-entering my username and password regularly but neither the app not the website will load at all. It's frustrating to think that so many employees MUST use this app for schedules and other information it appears to constantly malfunction. Very sad that this disadvantages employees when there are no other options or information given about these problems.

Can't login at all, all password or account reset links on the app are gone or broken. The app locks you out after 5 attempts, and then there's no one for you to call to get you back in. Darden has no support for this app at all, so it's impossible to get into my account and see my schedule. Baffled at how badly designed this app is.

Uses fingerprint to verify, but if your fingerprint is even slightly off it will delete all of your login info even if you have remember me on, and make you stsrt over. No way to turn it off. Extremely frustrating. No option for forgot password.

So many glitches. It refuses to remember my info and will occasionally log me out and refuse to let me put in my fingerprint. Now it won't even let me log in at all. Really unreliable for something that's supposed to tell me my schedule.

The newest update has strangely affected my Samsung A70, my phone will not charge anymore. Turned to safe mode, deleted the app and it worked fine. Re-installed it and the issue continued. Turned back to safe mode to delete the app, phone still won't charge. Hoping my phone isn't broken from the KrowD app.
