Terrible app. Don't waste your time. I uploaded the required negative Covid test. 24 hours after doing so it's still "Pending" approval. Therefore, I could not check in for my flight in advance online. That's the whole point of this app, isn't it? Bottom line: VeriFLY does not make the travel process easier; it only adds stress for travelers. UPDATE: I called customer support and told that pending applications will be approved between 2 to 6 hours prior to the flight. If so, then what's the point of checking in prior to the flight? Again, useless app and the support representative admitted to me the approval department is under staffed.

Rubbish. I couldn't fly to Greece using any airline except American Airlines even though I am in the UK. This app is linked from the British Airways website. They should try using it before associating with apps that cannot do what they are supposed to. Looks like this is just another app rushed out quickly with very little testing or proof of concept other than to gather customer data. Avoid it. It has a low rating for lots of very good reasons.

Terrible. Useless instructions. Takes longer to figure out than standing in the airport line. Then my uploaded covid 19 test results never came out of pending. You can't check in online with an American Airlines international flight unless you use this app. Since the app doesn't work, the result is that you can't check in online with American Airlines. Totally, absolutely and completely useless.

As well articulated by others, this service (and the user interface for this service) is useless. Even if you complete all the steps, and even if you are approved by the app, the airport staff (in multiple different locations) have no understanding of this app and its function which means you will have the pleasure of re-hashing all the information and forms you took the time to fill out beforehand. Save yourself the trouble, don't waste the space on your phone, and check in at the airport.

Frustrating Experience! We fly out tomorrow. Got the green checks for both husband and I. Go to the American Airlines app to check in and it is saying that my husband's covid test results aren't uploaded. However, it is and it shows we are good. Hoping this is resolved by morning before we are stuck in an unnecessary line leaving Mexico. Not sure why it isn't working but not how I wanted to spend the last 3 hours of my trip tonight. Been trying everything to check in to our flights.

Terrible app. I wasted my time creating my account and uploading my test results. Almost 48 hours later and the results are still pending even though the other person on my reservation had their test results verified. The response from support says they have too many results to verify and can't guarantee that they will be ready before the flight. In others words, this app is useless.
