This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing OatZap Reader on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

This app is really useful and does it job nicely. I found 2 bugs: 1)It says nil after name which is quite annoying 2)Sometimes it's a hit or miss. Suddenly stops saying name and will only say "Message from nil". Improve UI too.

This application will reads incoming messages to you.
★It also announces caller name of incoming calls.★
★Bluetooth and wire devices managed★

You don't have to look at the screen anymore.
Open the program to enable/disable reading.

All is automatic you have nothing special to do.
This program use your system settings and adapt itself for reading incoming message.
