About this app

This app helps you compare your skills with music (singing, playing an instrument) against a master file. Record the original file you want to compare against and then record your song (for instance, you can compare your music skills against that of a friend). The comparison is provided both through audio feedback when playing (you can hear the 'master' tune) and in graphical format.
I originally came up with this idea while practicing my violin and trying to determine how I am doing vs. the original recording of the song that I intended to learn. This helps me pin-point where I am sounding different from the 'master' tune and thus correct myself at the next try.
I wanted to make this app available to all so that you can have fun competing against someone, practice with a master file and have a constant companion to provide feedback.
Hope you like it and please send in your comments. Thank you.
