I booked an appointment for cleaning an air conditioner. Call center called me and tell me that they support at least 5 machines per appointment and I should contact other vendors in my case. To who has only 1 air conditioner like me, you don't need this app. Btw, they ask for a lot of info such as picture of your ID card.

Hồi lúc mới mở dịch vụ thì tốt lắm. Đặt lịch là có ktv tới vệ sinh liền. Giờ chắc nhiều người xài nên lựa chọn khách hàng. Đặt lịch xong không thèm qua luôn. Hẹn lần hẹn lượt, lúc đầu thấy không qua mình điện hỏi thì nói hẹn lại, xong rồi im ru luôn. Thôi khuyên mọi người đặt Điện Máy Xanh hoặc tiệm nào gần nhà qua cho nhanh. Cho 1 sao không phải vì app tệ mà vì dịch vụ theo app quá tệ.

Đặt dịch vụ vệ sinh máy lạnh qua app. Đặt xong bạn kỹ thuật viên gọi bảo chiều nay em qua. Uh xong hoang cmn mang vì ko biết quy trình dịch vụ thế nào? Giá cả ra sao? Thanh toán thế nào? Nếu đã dùng app, vui lòng thêm tính năng điền số lượng máy, báo giá ước tính, cách thức thanh toán. Trải nghiệm người dùng quá kém. Đặt xong vẫn phải gọi hotline hỏi thêm thông tin, gặp bạn CS lơ mơ cũng ko trả lời được câu hỏi đơn giản như phí vệ sinh bao nhiêu tiền 1 cái. Rate cho 2 sao để động viên thôi đó
