It surprises me that Android doesn't have a feature built in but this app makes up for it. Select the number you wish to dial, press the 'share' icon, then 'Send to dialer'. Your number will appear in your dialer app ready for you to call or add as contact. Small, simple and effective.

But needs to work on the implementation. Having some nice pictures in google play does not make it work. This is absolute and utter rubbish. I wish I could give it no stars at all!
