How To Backup & Export Your Contacts?

Step 1: Open the app.
Step 2: Tap on the backup button then type your email address in the provided field.
Step 3: Check your inbox for our email with an attachment that includes your contacts in a well-organized spreadsheet format (.CSV). You will also receive a QR code and an import code that allows you to import your saved contacts automatically.


How To Restore Your Contacts?

Step 1: Open the app.
Step 2: Tap on the restore button then choose your desired restoration method (by QR code or import code).
Step 3: Depending on your choice in (Step 2), you can either scan the QR code sent to your email or enter the provided import code manually in the provided field.


Technical Note: Restoring your contacts using the QR code or the import code should be done within a period of 30 days. However, since your contacts will be sent to your email in (.CSV) spreadsheet format, you will always have a backup.
