This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Instasign on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

About this app

In a few simple steps, you can electronically sign your documents.
You can generate your virtual electronic identity from an electronic identity document such as an identity card, health card, or electronic passport.

1) Generate your electronic identity
2) Send the document you need to sign to the app;
2) read the document before signing it;
3) enter the PIN;
3) wait for the document to be signed;
4) send the signed document to a recipient via email, WhatsApp, telegram, or other apps.

The electronic signature affixed with this app is recognized by European legislation eIDAS as an Advanced Electronic Signature (AES) and therefore can be used to digitally sign any document.

Some electronic signature verification software popular on the Italian market does not correctly verify the electronic signature affixed with Instasign (erroneously reporting that the signature is not valid) as they only verify the qualified electronic signature and do not correctly implement the European eIDAS directives.
