If u leave it on all the time (on the bike), it will not like to connect. If you turn off at bike and back on, the app finds it every time.

Well I don't know what you all are doing wrong mine seems to work fine. I connected and reconnected multiple times no issues. Works fine. Linked to my phone and a tablet no problem.
