Awful app and product. Takes hours of tinkering to get working and then seemingly every few months everything breaks again. I type this as our livingroom lights are flashing on and off and I've spent another wasted evening trying to fix it. Can't think of a more inappropriate name for a product than simpnic.

Simpnic has been trying very hard. Although the app is far from perfect, updates have been frequent and they are committed to providing a quality experience. Thanks to your team for working around the clock to improve the app. (disclosure: I am a buyer that works with this supplier)

Bought the plugs at Costco and the directions don't match the app. There is no tutorial to even tell you how to add a gateway. Complete waste of time and I'll have to return these useless plugs to Costco.

The remote control no longer works for our Fujitsu air conditioner. I have the latest firmware and app version. The Aircon is a Fujitsu AS-V40A-W and the Aircon remote is AR-RDA1J.

Doesn't connect to my plugs crashes when it tries to refresh the room and doesn't have the same menus as the directions.
