The app works fine on a Galaxy S9 running Android 10. As expected with bluetooth the connectivity depends on the distance, I have to hit refresh 2-3 times when I'm inside the house about 10 meters away (through a wall). The app is basic and doesn't provide history of voltage readings, only live values. This would be handy since the charge percentage is not very meaningful given that they don't specify how it is calculated. Overall a nice and useful gadget, hope the app will improve with time.

Frustrating due to lack of information, app seemed to be working fine when initially connected then just stopped connecting with device, sometimes it would connect, display a voltage and temperature which appeared to be correct but would not update the graph. Reading online reviews I don't seem to be the first to have problems with this Ctek app! In the past I have been a fan of Ctek products having fitted a D250sa controller to my T6 camper which is brilliant! Come on Ctek sort this app out!!!

This device will not connect to the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 running Android 9. I have basically wasted AUD$69. No response from CTEK. Wish I had read Ryan O'Connell's review from August 2019 BEFORE I bought this useless product. Update: doesn't work with Note 9 or 10+ running Android 9 or 10 either. This product is a dud!

DONT GET THIS PRODUCT. App looks ok, but some updates make it worse and others make it better. It's like they don't test before releasing an update. Also the sender connects the first time, then it looses connection after a few days and won't give you any more readings. You can clear the app and start fresh, but it's a time consuming process and you loose your ability to track any change.

Really basic app that suddenly stopped working. Found a workaround to get the latest result. Go to settings and back to main view and the app will update the reading. Will probably move this toy from my boat to my car because it feels too unreliable.

An update would be nice? I'm running more than a 200amp capacity battery, why can't I go any higher? How about some more information from this expensive device also? Also the app doesn't always update my battery info so I can't actually check the levels of my battery in real time! Update update update! Please
