It's a good effort towards digitalisation. But this app requires few improvements : - (a) Technical improvement- While submitting a complaint it shows "SOMETHING WENT WRONG, TRY AGAIN". But after re-login it shows that the complaint has been registered. (b) USER FRIENDLY- There is no option for editing or deleting the complaint. Also under profile section, name and address is not available and there is no option for updating the contact/address details.
