Product Identification
Product is Identified by its code, category , description or photos.
Product Code can be encoded as Bar-code. For common products, they all carry UPC code which is recognized worldwide and its description can be found on Internet. If new product is found, the system will try to find its description so the user can have a reference for entering the description needed for the actual operation.
Operation thereafter will identify the product with its code, bar code, category,keywords in description, photo.
Operation Options
Tally Sheets
1. Identifying the product by reading its bar code, recording the code manually and taking photo, 2. determine the category and unit of measurement of the product, and 3. Physical count the product should be done prior to the operation of the store. The quantity in hand should be the same as the last tallying plus/minus the in/out transactions quantity, or else something is wrong or missing.
Stock In
All purchases and collection from outside that increase the quantity of the store together with its cost, if applicable should be recorded in this option. System will always track the latest cost.
Stock Out
All Sales, delivery that reduce the store quantity together with its selling price, if applicable should be recorded in the option. System will track the latest price.
Cash Memo
Cash sales is the transaction where Customer will purchase a collection of products,within the process, they may change the products in the collection. They pay in cash, and expected a fast calculation on price and changes, they also expected a receipt.
Professional Reports
We provide cloud Service to produce professional stock and financial reports on easy store data, just upload the latest backup to us.
Physical Stock Take for Warehouse
By identifying the products / parts by bar code ,or by entering the code manually, adding to it the photos, description of particulars and the tally-ed total. the data stored can be upload to PC and opened as a CSV file, that is the Tally Sheets for the Physical Stock take.
PC companion
We provide interface program for easy store, handsets can function as the add on for PC. Bar code or Text on handset can be transmitted to PC mouse focus position as text, if the bar code scanned is a proper URL, web page can be opened immediately.
Electronic Receipt
By reading the Showme ID QR code of your customer, you can send them e Receipts. Customer can retrieve and keep them for expense records.
