App constantly disconnects and struggles to refresh. Timers are almost always inaccurate. The app also often shows other people's laundry as my own. Washers fail to start because the app is convinced it is in the middle of a load when it clearly isn't. You also get many useless notifications pestering you to use the app with no option to disable or distinguish from "laundry finished" notifications. That's okay though, as those notifications never send on time either 🫠

Absolutely horrible. The app will frequently tell you that machines are unavailable even though they are not in use. One of our washers has been stuck on "28 minutes remaining" in the app for the last 3 weeks. Several machines don't register at all in the app, even when using the provided QR code. The machines that the company provides are terrible as well. They break at least once a week. Technicians are slow to respond, if they respond at all. Customer service is also terrible.

If the machines in your building even work reliably enough for you to use this app, it will sometimes have catastrophic server errors that prevent you from even using the machines at all bc our building removed the ability to use a normal card reader or coin slot. So if the server goes down between washing and drying your clothes, you're stuck with wet clothes for at least an hour until its working again. And good luck getting a technician out to your building too. Terrible company and app 👎

It functions as intended. You have to input the settings on the machine itself, pay in the app, then start the machine. If you have a problem with the physical machine and it doesn't actually wash/dry your clothes but technically starts? You pay full price for that. No refunds. The app also regularly sends pointless "hey you should do laundry" and other notifications you can't turn off unless you'd also like to turn off notifications for when your machine is done running.

It works fine and it is nice that it tells you how many washer or dryers are in use. it is really inconvenient that you can't cancel or change the setting on a load after you have paid. sometimes I forget to change the dryer temperature and I either have to run it too hot or just change to a different dryer and accept that I lost the money I paid for the initial dryer. update: the app logged me out and will not me access my account so now I have about $15 that I send to the app that I cannot use

The app fails only slightly less often than the washers the company supplies, which is almost constantly! MIT switched to this system recently and it has behaved extremely poorly in our building, if you have a choice in the matter I would recommend looking elsewhere!!! And being scientific about it we tested it across multiple brands and models of phones. The app completely failed on all, on the days the washers do work this forces you to pay and extra charge, so is it bad code or a scam?
