At first this app was great to have. It has always been annoying to go get quarters but after my latest experience, I will gladly go get quarters. On 3 occasions I went to load more money on my account. Each time, my card would be charged but the app did not apply my payment for me to do laundry. You'd think costumer service would be easily able to correct the issue. Ha. Trying to even get a hold of someone is a joke. This company has NO customer service whatsoever. I do not recommend.

I've been using this app for over a year now. Never had an issue until you're here lately now it totally sucks!!!! I've called a few times now about the machines not working correctly or the app. But yet they still haven't fixed the problem, so it's back to use in quarters I guess. If they won't take care of their customers and they're washing machines then there's no sense in using this app. I'm very disappointed customer here

This is one of the most glitchy apps I've ever used. It doesn't work more than it does. Sometimes it will try to auto refill over and over and that gets your card flagged then your card gets declined due to so many attempted auto refills. There are always connective issues with machines. When it does work it's handy but most of the time it's just frustrating.

Our apartment didn't have issues with paying for laundry until they installed this horrible service. After paying on the app, it will say to select a cycle, but you have to wait until the machine scrolls thru to show all of the available options, "whites, colors, delicates, etc" and it will then finally let you hit an option after standing there and waiting. Some machines are always out of order for "firmware failed to update". Good concept, horrible in practice.

The app ALWAYS messes up for me every other time I use it, which stinks because it's the only way I can do laundry. I've gotten 7 error codes just trying to refill my account with the card I've always used. I even updated it and it still won't work. A few months ago the app forgot everything and I had to reenter my info for no reason.

First time reviewing, this app is THAT bad. Literally unusable. Pixel, Galaxy, iPhone version, phones, tablets, etc... Works maybe 30% of the time, and most of those "successes" are after lengthy troubleshooting. App is updated, nothing else using bluetooth, wifi is on (tried with WiFi off) funds are available... I'm lost here. Would love the convenience, but this is everything but.
