About this app

Cloudstaff Tap makes it easy for you and your staff to create tasks for your Cloudstaff(ers). It can also be used if you have remote staff or use outsourcing to augment your workforce.

How does it work?
You create buttons inside Cloudstaff Tap which when tapped will send an Email or SMS. You can create up to 5 pages of buttons, each page can have 30 buttons. You can also prompt the user of Cloudstaff Tap to provide additional information which will be included with the Email or SMS. Cloudstaff Tap also supports the sending photos, voice memos and location information to your Cloudstaff(er).

Examples - Tap a button and...
- have your assistant reschedule a meeting
- log a ticket into a tech support system for a broken headset
- schedule a courier pickup
- have you maid bring your a GnT

BackUp and Sharing
When you have created your set of buttons you can backup the data to “the Cloud”. Select back up from the side menu and you will be given a 6 character Backup code.
You can let friends and colleagues access your set of button - simply give them the backup code.
Buttons can edited using a web browser and http://tap.cloudstaff.com
Any changes made on the web will be sent to the users of Cloudstaff Tap.

The Sending of SMS
Sending of SMS is done via your phone's built in SMS message application - no need for an account with an SMS Gateway.

Prompting user for more information
With Cloudstaff Tap you can prompt the user to provide more information when they Tap a button. Cloudstaff Tap support the following dialogs.
- msg (Message Box)
- select (Select 1 item from a list)
- multi (Select multiple items from a list)
- inputbox (Free form text entry)

App Permissions

Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
