This app doesn't even work it's been initializing for over a hour now. I like the watch but I can't do anything with it because of this app.

If I could give this less than 1 star, I would. I did not know about this app prior to purchase. If I had, I wouldn't have bought the watch. The app does not work at all with my IOS 13.4.1 on my iphone X. I contacted the company and told them of the issues with this app and its failure to update, and they told me that they were aware of the issues as many had complained about it. They told me that they will not be updating the app. Buy a different watch from someone else.

The watch worked fine at first but then I wore it to sleep and it reset the watch completely and it can't tell the correct time and in the app it only works on one model

The watch worked great before the app upgrade. Now nothing works. The watch is frozen on the upload screen, the app freezes on my phone. What a rip off. Don't buy from this company!!!!

Upgrade does not work! Makes most monitor functions useless if you want record data over time. Because of this app not working anyone buying this product should get something better.

Nothing works since the upgrade! App doesn't even load properly to try again. As all reviews say the same why hasn't something been done about it?
