Pretty awesome until the event gets busy and your tickets disappear. I was buying food and drinks for my group. In the beginning, they were able to transfer tickets to me and purchasing with tickets were easy and fast. Then as the day went on, vendors started getting errors when scanning and transfered tickets disappeared. One vendor said the server room with the computers were overheating. 4 stars for ease of use. -1 star for lack of transaction log. -2 stars for losing money.

Used for Taste of Edmonton tickets. More often than not the scanners at the booth were down so vendors were using their own devices to scan. Multiple times even that wouldn't work, and only those with paper tickets could purchase food. Double charged on two occasions for items, and the app took 10+ minutes to update the ticket count after purchasing an item. Worst of all, we planned on going a second night and transferred 16 tickets but they never arrived. Never received a response from support.

terrible reload experience. the first use of the app was ok, but subsequent attempts to add more tickets using the quick add feature fail miserably. eventually I was able to click around and find the initial place where I bought tickets and was able to purchase more despite yet more crappy interface design issues.

At first I was a little skeptical about this app but after using it I have been won over. It is easy to use. When I raised concerns about those without phones (e.g. Seniors) they said no problem we can assign a bar code card. Brillant !

This app seems like a great idea until you actually use it. My event/tickets completely disappeared from my account while in line and I had to use cash. They refused my request for a refund and when I messaged "support" I was told to contact the event handlers directly. I wish I could give zero stars.

This app is absolutely garbage. Every attempt to purchase event tickets failed, it was slow to respond, and didn't load some pages correctly. They charged my credit card for tickets that I never received. Stay away from this!
