Приложение - просто барьер между сервисом и клиентом. Оставляешь заявку и ничего не происходит. На следующий день начинаешь звонить, колл-центр пытается соединить, слушаешь музыку, потом они обещают сообщить и также ничего не происходит весь день. На следующий день требуешь дать прямой контакт или ФИО любого ответственного - КЦ бросает трубку. Дополню. В приложении нет никакой справки - почему за заказ на сумму в десять раз больше предыдущих начислили в пять раз меньше бонусов?

Являюсь постоянным клиент вилгуд. Пытаюсь зарегистрироваться, но не приходит SMS на Казахстанский Билайн.

Приложение не может добавлять авто. Есть проблема с сервером. Заказы не видны. Не понятно, как работает система скидок за установку приложения. Скрин шот для помощи не загружается, сразу вылетает приложение.

РЕГИСТРАЦИЯ В ПРИЛОЖЕНИИ:

Для регистрации в приложении укажите Ваш номер сотового телефона, на который мы отправим код в СМС-сообщении. Введите код в соответствующее поле и нажмите кнопку "Войти в приложение". На этом регистрация закончена.

Если Вы еще не проводили обслуживание автомобиля в наших техцентрах, то приглашаем Вас! С помощью Приложения Вы сможете записаться на обслуживание и узнать о действующих акциях и скидках.

Если вы уже обслуживались в техцентрах Вилгуд, то в приложении Вы увидите ваш бонусный счет, историю обслуживания (заказ-наряды), данные по автомобилю, текущие акции и многое другое.

Обратите внимание, что при регистрации номер сотового телефона должен соответствовать номеру, который Вы указывали в техцентре.
