Worked very well for sometime,currently all it does is just take credit and don't deliver . contacted the developer but I got no response since today marks 72 hours instead of the 24 hours promised. Anyway someone out there please if you know what's happening with the application please let us know, am making a living using this application. Currently am deeply disappointed I got no joy from the developer

My fax was 4 pages. Only 2 pages made it through. I contacted support, but it took them 24 hours to respond, and their response had nothing to do with my question. I re-explained (asked them to resend my fax or refund me). They responded saying my fax was sent the 1st time and how would I know it wasn't. I told them the recepiant didn't receive but half of the fax. Faxapp responded saying that the recepiant is lying about only receiving half of my fax and they won't be doing anything to fix the issue.

Sent a fax the other day and all was good, but now it goes through the motions but does not acknowledge the country change, as last time it put the country code when you selected the country, and then changed the currency. But now stays in GBP and will not let me pay, as in does not go to payment page!

If I could I would give it no stars. Cost me 99 cents to send a fax tried sending 7 page fax and it only sent half of a page.

The app seems great, up to 10 pages,low price, but I think I attached 7 pages and sent the fax but, I have no idea how many pages actually were faxed if any at all, there is no confirmation
