This would have been perfect app if it had permanent notification and a strong background or foreground function to prevent it from being killed by battery savers.

This is a perfect App which I wanted. We can use our own sounds/ music here. Today only I have installed. initially it gave some trouble in voice section. But after restarting now it works perfectly. As far as performance is concerned I have to wait and watch. I hope it will work.
