Die München Klinik gGmbH (MüK) bietet den Mitarbeiter*innen ein Social Intranet als App primär zur dienstlichen Kommunikation an.
Die mia-APP erleichtert die Informationsweitergabe und die tägliche Zusammenarbeit. Beschäftigte erhalten über die mia-APP vielfältige Möglichkeiten, sich zu äußern und ihre Ideen, Anregungen, Meinungen mitzuteilen, z.B. indem sie eigene Beiträge erstellen oder auch Kommentare zu anderen Beiträgen abgeben. Nutzungsberechtigt sind ausschließlich Beschäftigte der München Klinik gGmbH und deren Tochtergesellschaften. Die Nutzung der APP ist über die Betriebsvereinbarung „BV_Social-Intranet-Haiilo“ geregelt.
Funktionen der APP: Bereitstellung von Informationen (Konzernkommunikation), die interaktive Zusammenarbeit (Kollaboration) sowie die Vernetzung und Information der Mitarbeiter*innen untereinander mit folgenden Angeboten/Möglichkeiten.
- Dokumente, Bibliotheken, Listen bearbeiten
- Wiki, Blog, Forum ermöglichen einen einfachen Wissensaufbau, z.B. FAQs/Schwarzes Brett/„Suche Biete“-Funktionen
- Digitale Zusammenarbeit in Netzwerken & Arbeitsgruppen, z.B. an Gruppen teilnehmen, Best Practices austauschen, Termine schnell abstimmen
- PC-unabhängiger Zugriff, über Desktop & APP
- Kommentarfunktion und Timeline, z.B. Wissen teilen, Tipps geben, Hilfe erhalten, auf Themen hinweisen
