A few issues. 1st: I'm a business so I have no access on the app. 2nd: I never know when they are going to pick up. It's not a schedule. They came 3 weeks in a row, I'm bi weekly pick up ... so then no pick up on the supposed pickup date, then again 2 weeks in a row, came on a Saturday morning at 5 am. This is a home business. So a 95 year old woman about jumped out of her skin she's on that part of the property. I was awake. Going back, We had valley view and they were on the dot, now.🤷🤦🏼♀

App is difficult to navigate. Paying your bill is under report a problem and doesn't seem to be a secure method.

Terrible service,this app is only good for Ny,so they wasted even more of my time..2 weeks without pickup,and ever since its a guessing game when they are coming.you cant find a schedule.geting a hold of someone is worse .ive been on hold for 27 minutes..i dont know how they take new accounts they cant handle what they have..
