The app is actually OK, I think the set up could be more clear, while waiting for the device to connect, I was unaware you had to select a button to be able to press 'next', I eventually found that out! I also cannot use the map to locate my home, although I'm not sure what that is used for

Very poor app failed to link via 2.5 to the vacum with any kind of modern phone when i borrowed an old phone to install the loacation service dosnt work at all just ditch this app and use the 'smart life' app which worked staright away.Why release a buggy app and then never update it? its a sure fire way not to get repat custom.

Had R750 for about 6 weeks. Nothing to complain about. Run it every day and floors clean all the time. Obviously can't get into really tight corners and remember this is not intelligent so cleans randomly. Mop also works better than I expected. Highly recommend

Works great! The only bug i had was setting up the app. If you select the R750 device, you get an error. So, just to try it, I selected the R700 and the app auto detected it was the R750. None of the other options/ attempts worked. This little guy does a pretty fantastic job and we are quite pleased! Highly reccommend!

So far a great product BUT the app is unable to connect with the new R750 i just purchased. Doesn't make sense to use the app as a marketing scheme if in fact it doesn't work with the app. Hopefully you guys will get it fixed and let all of us know when we can begin to start enjoying the Many positive aspects that were promised in every video, add and online store etc.. The use of being able to connect REMOTELY THROUGH THE APP was definitely a selling point for me.

I try everything it keeps saying device no responding, I know I have a good Internet because I have other robot vacuums connect it to it, this is the only one giving me Problems...
