This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing The Cop App on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.

Not sure what the other reviewer's issues were. App works great for me. Reports come off the phone by emailing a password and link, the report can be viewed on the internet and that works great. They keep improving it too so it just gets better. We use this for loss prevention and slip and falls in our store. Highly recommend.

Works fine on phone can not access report on company Web side. So App is useless until programmer fixes web/password access. Would be great if it was fixed....

About this app

The Cop App is designed to allow law enforcement officials, military, private investigators, or security personnel to quickly and easily create a report based upon observable events for use in court, for their own records, or for other proceedings.

TCA makes the collection of pictures, notes, and audio recordings (up to 1 minute each), simple and seamless. TCA then uploads and automatically creates an HTML (web based) report which can be accessed via any internet connected device. The easy to navigate report can also be generated into a PDF file for ease of offline access.

The user can then send the report to any other party for viewing simply by emailing a link to the report.

Another compelling feature of TCA is its ability to remove pictures, audio, and notes files from the officer's Iphone or Ipad and then upload them onto the web. This prevents the device from being subpoenaed into court. The HTML report can easily be sent via email from within the application, forwarded via email as a link, or saved as a PDF file to be printed or for offline viewing.

TCA was designed and created by active law enforcement officers who wanted a way to quickly and easily document events, as they occurred in the field.
