No option for monthly items and you cannot input your own maintenance items.

Unlike the car maintenance app by the same developer this one does not let you add custom jobs. You are stuck with the limited jobs included. Where's stuff like AC bleach cleaning or septic tank chlorine check or maintenance? If the job is not here you cannot add it. That should be a basic features, especially for a paid app.

NOT worth $2. It gives a FEW tasks and the ability to input when you last did them. No notifications...nothing. Very amateurish for a paid app.

I'd give it 5 stars if you could add the ability to create custom inspections that are not currently provided, thanks!
