Cant register at all!

1) Not able to use e-forms with Pixel 2XL. 2)In the add case module, could not navigate to the add attachment area, unless keeps pressing key to go down to tge lowest line. 3) took long time to load program 4) tried install at Samsung Galaxy Tab A 2016, but apps cannot be opened

The "case" that I lodged was no status update for more than 6 months and still counting... The "statement of accounts" was last updated on May 2019. These are good functions but too bad no one care to maintain it.

This apps is meant for developer to make baised record on their side. Rejected defect on today but developer recorded received few days later. Unable to trace back defect photos, no reply on emails. Would prefer go back to conventional application since it is not benefit to buyers.

It is a convenience apps but easy to crash, please fix it. Sometimes keep loading sometimes no loading but cant touch anything have to force close it & reopen the apps, crash quite frequently.
