Using BlueStacks

Pernah jadi kes budak2 cina sekolah menengah bergaduh di depan leisure mall cheras last year. Mangsa 1 org cina hampir mati. Then try 1st time, polis came within 10min. But why only selangor? Its beta test maybe, lagi pun modt selangor got wifi and smartphone, cawangsn polis byk, assemble ppl pun merata, so effisen sbb backup cpt dtg. Luar selangor susah, mau lebih 20min kot.

After u press, police call center will call u with in few minutes. The problem will come when u request for local police / radio car assistance. Call center will route the request to local police station, police station will route to police man / radio car... and a big issue are most of the local police man not familiar with that garden or location... and cannot find your exact location... so conclusions is u need a ambulance APP more than this APP.

Unable to process data? I keep trying to click next after terms and conditions but it still says unable to process data, despite how fast my internet connection is. Good idea but the app sucks!! Please get a professional app developer to make this app better. Thank you! 😊🌻

Very useful app. My only gripe: why is it only in Selangor? That's sad for those in other states. Btw, don't forget fill up your details. I hope I will never have to use this tho it will come in handy at emergencies.

Difficult to register. Always unable to connect during registration. This mean, if you are in danger how confident you are to get connected to PDRM

About this app

One of the key challenges when requesting emergency assistance is communication.

When out in the street, sometimes you are unsure of the exact location that you are in, which is then difficult for the rescue team to find you quickly.

When in a scenario such as kidnap, where you could not speak or communicate your movement, therefore you could not alert the rescue team of your movement for rescue operation. When in distress, you could be too traumatized to speak or for individuals with hearing or speech impaired, it is a challenge to communicate calmly to the rescue team.
Hence, with MyDistress, you could alert the police department, Polis Diraja Malaysia(PDRM) of your emergency situation with just a click.

Important:
- This application is linked directly to Polis Diraja Malaysia(PDRM) Selangor Contingent.
- Coverage Area – Selangor only.
- MyDistress is a platform where rakyat could notify the Selangor police when assistance is required.
- “Personal Alert” is for outdoor use and it tracks your movement.
- “Preset Location Alert” is for indoor use especially in multi storey buildings.
- By hitting the “ON HELP” button within “Personal Alert” and “Preset Location Alert”, your request for assistance will alert the Selangor Police and police personnel will be sent to your location.
- ONLY use MyDistress for emergencies that require police assistance.
- MyDistress DOES NOT track your movement or location if NOT activated.
