My praice pro scooter getting charger problems frequently. I faced three times charger problem and one time mcb switch problem. My vehicle was stood at my home or showroom for many many times because of new new problems faced by me on scooter.

Application has improved a lot. It is working fine now. Had to call the Support number, which is non-responsive most of the time. They update the feature, reset password, etc. I hope like a smart scooter, Okinawa will improve the support process and make this app smarter. So far so good!

Poor performance Immobilizer function doesn't work. Non functional Geo fencing Sad to purchase Okinawa scooty.

not able to login.. too frustrating to see the "error user credentials are invalid" msg all the time while logging in.. tried beta version too, but no use.. okinawa has to do something about this fast.. or else im going to file a case for. my 1.25 lakh..

Editing my previous review, now there is no way to track correct battery status. The dash board indicator is inaccurate and app do not show it at all. Support did good job to replace my i-praise faulty batteries but when we say smart scooter lots of things lag for word 'smart'.

Worest service, suspension is very very hard for i praise, no support from company, wont respond customer care for calls and even for mails. App keep logging out, no notifications ir wheel lock even in secure parking mode, no battery percentage shown. Notifications wont stand by, will disappear by clicking on it. Range is good, breaking system is very good, seat is very discomfort, suspension is horrible.
