Major stability issues since the last update. I am regularly logged out. When starting the app the previous view fails to load, or it loads inaccurately on one image instead of all cameras. The playback feature is extremely difficult to use effectively and is very glitchy (this isn't new with the update). I would seriously consider getting a different brand of camera unless this is fixed urgently... The app makes it extremely difficult to check your cameras especially in a emergency situation.

great app and hardware. some room for improvement to allow fast forward of videos via mobile app and post recording cloud analysis using AI to remove random events. it's available in New NVRs but can be easily exposed via cloud service. another major flaw is mobile notifications. it doesn't force alarm even if notifications are granted and the instructions are followed to change the settings.

Are there any settings to enlarge the font display? I'm old and can't see too well. Also, I keep having to adjust the noise cancellation. I set it on zero, and it always goes back to three (Default). Pain in the nuts. Never did that before with Version: V6.0.100.1013. And is there a setting where i can set my saved images/videos to my SD card, not my internal device? Cheers.

UPGRADED TO 4 STARS - NOW WORKS PERFECTLY So disappointed with this app. Worked fine when I had the CCTV installed but it's not working at all now, which I can only assume is down to the latest update which others have mentioned. It either says "The device is offline"which it's not or it will start then just continually buffer around 70%. I've uninstalled and reinstalled to see if that helped but it didn't. I've checked the CCTV unit and that's working fine and my Blink camera is also working.

Gets worse with every update! The old Version 3 interface worked perfectly fine, it seems that since then, something else gets removed or stops working with each update. Just updated and there is no time bar on the playback function making it absolutely useless. I'm a professional installer and everything is set up optimally, just wish the app worked as it did before. Sort it out please Hikvision!

Very good, no real problems with the app. Notifications, playback all good. One suggestion would be to have an indicator to show if the camera system is armed (being monitored) or not. Sometimes when I leave my work premises, I don't know if I've set the cameras to monitor or not.
