Hi capture team i used app in 2016. And i uploaded my very important data in this app. But now i download it and its not available in asia. I m very sad that i wasted my all data. Please help me to how recover my data. Please reply soon thank you

Beware the high switching costs - if your telecom changes your storage plan or you need to download your data for some other reason - the experience is far from user-friendly. File bulk-select is only available per month with a limit of 350 files selected. So, if you happen to have more than 350 files in a selected month, you need to select each file individually to make them fit in the limits. Download speed from the cloud is very slow, too.

The app crashes every time I try to create an album and if eventually it creates the album then it shows all the pics and video from phone at one place rather than to show any option for selected folders like camera photos, WhatsApp photos etc. It's a dump I would say and its developers need to have a little knowledge of a better user interface.

It is awful. It doesn't have the option to download all photos at once from it. I have like 4000 pictures that I cannot zip into archive and download them... Think twice before storing so much photos that you have to download max 500 at once... And yeah, by choosing them one by one... Edit: I am sorry to inform you but in mobile app you dont have the option to archive and download all photos at once. Edit2: Found the option to select all photos at least. Apologies.

Been using this app for years without a problem but since the beginning of this years it have been constant problems I know it has been the same problem with mine as with my husband and daughter I am getting real pist have called Telenor and I don't think its help to get to make this work, Have uninstalled and installed again and again for a hope it may work normally gain but no, and today I can't even open the app, not from playstore it just shuts down also in my phone, please fix this
