Helped us secure our community and reduce a lot of hassle. It's specifically good for the bigger communities expecting a lot of visitor. Makes it easy to do visitor management.

Please allow residents to add expected guests/vendors. It's mentioned in comments that feature is not provided for privacy reasons. A solution is to show only the data which the resident has entered. He/she need not be shown info about other residents guests.

I had signed in on web interface through Google SSO. However the smartguard app does not have SSO and asks for password. I have to use "forgot password" and then proceed. Its a hassle to ask all apartment residents to do this. Please add SSO in smartguard. Also allow residents to add expected visitors. Making vistors\guests enter the details is an inconvenience. dont you think?

You do not have admin rights, and ended up there Also there is a message "SmartGuard is only for the security and moderators of Shobha Greens" What does it mean? how to move on???
