Opened app and clicked "Register with Xfinity," which opens a "Sign in to Xfinity" page. I'm told that I'm already signed in, so I should click "Continue." I do, and am taken back to the previous "Register with Xfinity" page. I CANNOT GET OUT OF THIS LOOP. The same thing happens when I receive a message to "Authenticate Xfinity Authenticator"! This is VERY FRUSTRATING. FIX THE APP!

Worse experience i had with any authentication app ever. Asking and directing links that dont work. Phone numbers never get to a person. Waste of time. I switched my service because of this app. Comcast customer service is the absolute worst on planet earth.

No security here. Just opens a browser, forces a password login, then sends an SMS code. What a joke.

My home camra has been off for a month But it should be on I couldn't get the technical support I needed but I enjoyed my home camra while it was on then I accidentally sent exported it.

Wants me to re-authenticate with a username and password, but barfs if you try to used the credentials saved to the device and instead demands you manually type them in, which is inherently LESS SECURE. Really pretty poor form folks.

Embarrassing that they only allow their own authenticator app. Slightly ignorant or bullish, either way, it's on trend for their lack of customer care.
