visual VM is by far the best way to go. I couldn't stand having to call in to my VM, enter my code, listen to the machine announce the number of calls, the day, time, how long the VM is, the number, etc... you get the message. So to have visual vm's you see everything and you can pick n choose which one you want to listen to or delete, etc, instead of having to listen to everything slowly and deal with one at a time. App is great and I love it. I won't go back.

Finally! I spent an hour each talking with Samsung and Xfinity Mobile customer support to figure out how to get notifications for phone calls/voice mail. Nothing worked. Why didn't they tell me about this app?? It works great for me. No more having to dial into voice mail to check for missed calls; no more anxiety about potentially missing urgent calls. Am very happy!

Now its authentication process blocks you from seeing the messages. Deleting voicemails one at a time...ADD settings for delete all, multiple at once, and archive options. settings are to limited....thanks for fixing notifications- people say it's full and I had no idea I had messages because there are no notifications options...

I don't get notifications on my VM. So there fore I never know when I have messages without looking at my phone all the time. For checking for messages or voice messages 🤔. Non of my notifications work really don't know when I get a phone call. Missed calls have no notifications. Both shows no lights letting me know I missed a call! I have to go in after someone says I called you. Not Good!

Like others posting here, I too am only getting the Authorization in Progress then Authorization Error. Come on Xfinity, when multiple users are having the exact same issue, you need to do more that blame the end user! There's obviously something wrong, and if you use Android Web View, then you need to contact Google since they had a major issue recently which is probably why this app is broken now for a lot of use customers since you are not keeping up with Google Android core system.

I can't install this on my Samsung Galaxy S10, even though the description says it's compatible with all my devices. When I try and use the new Visual Voicemail, it doesn't work either. So I'm stuck without an app that will work on my Samsung Galaxy S10. I've tried contacting Xfinity support four times, Samung once, noone knows how to get an app that will show notifications on a Samsung Galaxy S10. Still doesn't work. I emailed you.
