this is amazing! can't believe i didn't find this before today, but it's exactly what i was looking for to tune my decks with redundancies! wish the artwork could be included, since I'm such a visual learner, but you know the song "can't always get what you want, but sometimes you get what you need..."

Great concept. Solidly executed. Little slow, but the content makes up for it. Pretty good!

Although the application did not function at first, following an incredibly quick response from the developer, some issues were dealt with and the app is now functioning flawlessly. I appreciate the level of dedication on the developer's part. Hopefully these issues do not persist, from what I have seen so far, this app is quite a useful resource, especially for offline use.

About this app

Codex Shredder is a card thesaurus app for Magic: The Gathering. It is powered by a similarity index built by machine learning and updated for every new set.

The Card Codex similarity engine allows you to find new ideas and build redundancy into your decks.

Filter similar cards by color identity for your EDH brews.

Get more information about a card by tapping it to view pricing, legality, and printing information on Scryfall.

Results can be copy/pasted, either the name or the entire text of the card.

The app is ad-free and always will be.

The app is free and open source, code here: https://github.com/TheCDC/Codex-Shredder

New features

Under the hood work for making future updates easier.

Styling of cards in search results now more closely matches actual cards.
