So sad. Looks like it's dead. No internet connection on my phone, iPad or iPhone. Guess I'll have to check about a tracker with a monthly fee.

Is it possible for me to change the map source back to Google maps? I need to be able to see terrain to locate my dog.

This is a great product and very unfortunate that the company shutdown. I hope they keep the app running at the very least without improvements. I still use this everyday!!
