About this app

** MUST INSTALL THE APP BARCODE SCANNER BY ZXING BEFORE USING THE SCANNING FEATURE **

An app to help build a database of barcodes, to be used in a future game that I will be developing.

Some phones are known to not work with the app Barcode Scanner by ZXing, if it does not work for you then you can just type in the barcode using the keyboard on your phone. I have no control over how to fix the scanning app, unless I decide to create my own, which for now I am not. If it is a serious issue feel free to contact the ZXing Team.

Barcode Formats: The scanner works for: "UPC-A and UPC-E, EAN-8 and EAN-13, Code 39, Code 93, Code 128, ITF, Codabar, RSS-14 (all variants), RSS Expanded (most variants), QR Code, Data Matrix, Aztec ('beta' quality), and PDF 417 ('alpha' quality)" from ZXing documentation. If there any odd codes not covered I allow you to enter the code manually, so hopefully everything is okay.
