I had an idiag here it was working fine last year but now it display err -4 upon clicking into the vehicle app. I have email to dbscar but no response. I am not sure whom should i contact to solve this issue although i have paid a large amount to purchase the software

After installing the app, when trying to register. They won't allow my name to be entered. With some vague description of why, also my country Trinidad & Tobago, is not an option. To be able to use the app, you must first register, so I will be deleting this application. I was looking forward to trying this, as the shop tool a launch X 431 Diagun C tool has a damaged screen on the control unit.

Worked well on my S5 but won't let me move purchases to my S7. Good luck getting any help from Launch. Their response team have no clue and clearly don't care if you buy their products or not.

I had been using this x431 iDiag for 8 - 12 months with mostly no issues on my Samsung S6 until the new Android update has messed with the app. My Android version is v6.0.1. My x431 app version is v2.01.001 and my obdii connector firmware is v11.37. I have issues loading into my already bought software now and renders this device unusable. I have a android tablet that i am not updating to stay in the game but not everyone will have this to their advantage. You guys need to update your app immediately.

Cannot register my connector, I have the launch X431 padii so my login for launch works but cannot register connector to use app. Uninstalled which is a shame since the tool itself is amazing and does mostly what I need it to do in the shop. Was hoping I can carry the dongle and not the tablet around to do quick scans when im away from the shop.

It used to work at one time now nothing I'm at the point now where I'm just going to throw it out its a worthless piece of junk and if you do get to work and purchase information on a vehicle it is only good for one year
