Am using H1 and EZdiag from LAUNCH. It has some serious threat. Both apps are being using from remote device using my login details. Explain in detail. First used the app EZdiag to register my M-diag hardware. After the registration, software purchase section denied access to buying the software's with a error message: The account has been logged in from another device. Then, installed this app H1. Same login details as EZdiag. Once logged in, within 10 minutes, got the same msg - the account has been logged in from another device and logged out. Changed the app password. But, within few minutes, again the same msg and logged out. Please help to solve the issue and get the software for my car. The emails to the company/ developer never returned any reply. Please solve this issue. Thnx.
