ZenTao is an amazingly well made Agile Project Management platform that is very similar to Jira. The OpenSource product is easily installed through Softaculous which most website hosting providers offer for free. I spent the small fee to upgrade to a pro license and am quite happy. I give the platform 5 stars, but the mobile app 4 stars because it is simply a browser wrapper to the mobile site. I get an identical interface just pointing my web browser to the server URL without installing the app.
